C’est grâce à un collègue que Pauline a découvert Le Shape et la gravure laser sur skateboard. Etant artiste dans le domaine du dessin animé, elle a pu utilisé ses compétences pour offrir un beau cruiser personnalisé !
Pour offrir un skateboard personnalisé, deux solutions s’offrent à vous:

Comment l’idée de personnaliser une planche t’es venue ?
Mon copain me parlait de plus en plus de son envie d’une nouvelle planche et un jour en allant dans un skateshop, j’ai vu qu’aucune planche ne lui correspondait. J’ai alors décidé de lui en créer une moi-même.
Comment as-tu choisi ton graphisme ?
J’ai d’abord regardé votre site et vos explications techniques, puis j’ai regardé vos photos sur Instagram pour voir quelques réalisations. J’ai ensuite cherché ce qui pour moi correspondrait le plus à Maxime et qui fonctionnerait le mieux avec la technique de gravure au laser.

Les détails sont fidèlement reproduits par la gravure laser, avec une finesse très appréciable !
On remarquera qu’à l’extrémité du cruiser le bois est plus brûlé qu’au milieu. Cela donne une touche artisanale qui n’a pas été dérangeante pour ce design. Si votre custom présentera ce “défaut” nous vous en parlons avant de passer à la production.
Quel conseil tu donnerais aux futurs customiseurs de planches ?

How did the idea of making a custom board come to your mind ?
My boyfriend was telling me more and more about his wish to have a new board and one day, I went to a skateshop and I didn’t find any board for him. Thus I decided to create it myself.
How did you choose your graphic ?
First I looked at your website and your technical explanations. Then I checked your photos on your Instagram to see some creations. I looked for a graphic that matches Maxime’s likes and which fits with the laser engraving technic.

Details are precisely replicated thanks to the laser etching technic, with a really appreciable fineness !
We will notice that the wood is more burned at the extremity than the middle of the board. It gave an artisanal touch that wasn’t annoying for this graphic. If your custom will have this “default”, we tell you about it before starting the production.
Which advices would you give to the future board customisers ?
