Mecca Skateboarding is an art collective composed of Aulp, Flex, Sarcé and Nicholas. We met them in the streets of the 13th arrondissemet of Paris, their playground for skateboarding and street art.

This is one of our first collaboration with artists and probably the most ambitious. We’ve pushed the possiblities of laser engraving quite far away with a double engraving. A first pass was used to remove the black stain and show the natural wood beneath it, and a second one brought more depth and contrast.
